Where we ship and what it costs
We currently ship to the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
Getting your order ready
Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days. Allow approximately 5–7 business days in total for processing and transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions and busy periods may cause delays.
Tracking your delivery
We will email shipping and tracking details when available. Tracking may take a little time to show the first carrier scan. If your parcel appears delayed or tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, email us with your order number so we can help investigate.
Check your delivery details
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We will try to help, although an address may no longer be changeable once the parcel is dispatched. Any additional cost caused by an address change will be explained before you agree to it.
